Populate assign_to from users in Assigned Groups

I have a scenario where based on a condition of schedule and current active users within the assigned group an RITM should be auto assigned.

Using Assignment rules, I am able to populate assigned group field, but I also need to auto assign the RITM to any of the user in the assigned group following a schedule criteria.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-service-management-for-the-enterprise/page/product/plannin... does not give a complete idea of how it needs to be done.

Can someone help?
