As an admin, I could see the product model field in the Purchase order line item field , but the team creating the purchase orders cannot see the product model field highlighted as in the screenshot, hence unable to select the model name.
This team has got the asset role.
Thanks

Hi All,
I raised a hi support ticket with Service Now and they were able to find that the "snc_internal" role which is present in the OOB is not shipped to customer instances for one of the ACL "cmdb_model.display_name". Adding the "snc_internal" role to this ACL resolved the issue.
Thank you

Hi @Community Alums ,
Is your team who is trying to create the purchase order has procurement_admin or procurement_user roles? if not then please add these roles.

Hi Sandeep,
I tried adding both the roles to the user and still they are unable to see the field.
Thanks
