In project portfolio planning workspace, if I click on protfolio's there is IT Intake and prioritisation, I could see Demand(3665) and Projects(2076) and when I click on "proejcts" under "Planning items", it is showing only 89 projects out of 2076. Please let me know why this difference and how it works.
Screenshots attached for reference.
Thanks

Hi @Suresh Kumar8 ,
Please check whether you have enabled the "Integrations" for Strategic planning workspace, if yes you will be having an option to "Import" the data from Execution table to Alignment table.
Here in your case Execution table will be (Project table or Demand table), once you click on import option, it will be prompted to select the data range, on what period you want the data to be imported to alignment table, which will be used in the Strategic Planning Workspace.
Please mark helpful, if it helps.
Thanks

Actually I was asking you whether you know which plugin is activated in your instance for this module ?
Can you go to 'Plugins' module & see if anything related to 'project portfolio planning workspace' or similar is activate or not?
If you confirm that, I can activate same plugin & look into it further.

Once you click on Projects under Planning Items, have you clicked on Filter button on top right corner then AdvanceView to see what filter is being applied. So this will simply mean that Projects under PlanningItem is configured in a way to show you limited data only.
Normally you will see limited records because a filter is being applied on records similar to filter on ListView of any table.
I hope it helps. If yes, do mark this response as CORRECT / HELPFUL please as it would help others & will motivate me to write more as well.
