reference table column is empty

when i am trying to select manager  from the user form  by clicking on the magnifying glass then why my column is showing  empty. what should be the solution .please assist someone  i am new to service now.

why manager is empty -> How are you loading user data?

If it's via LDAP then does that user have manager in AD?

It's a data issue.

@aashya8816 Looks like a reference qualifier is applied on the manager field which might be preventing you from accessing the user records. Please refer to https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-articles/reference-qualifiers-in-servicenow/ta-p/2765... for more information.

opened it in incognito mode and it is working there but without incognito it is still showing empty

try with some different browser such as Edge, firefox

It looks to me that in the browser you are testing the browser preference is setting the value as empty for that reference field.
