I'm hoping that there's someone out there who may be able to assist. I've set up Virtual Agent with the Now Mobile and Virtual Agent app to link through to an Agent (when one is available) without going through the standard VA blurb.
The issue I'm having now however is that, similar to using the parameter below in SP/ESC to remove the Chat History:
skip_load_history: true
I need to be able to configure the Chat in the mobile apps so that the Chat History is not loaded each time the user opens the Chat functionality.
Has anyone come across this before in the past? Any ideas or assistance would be much appreciated.
