Report module is not visible to an itil user. User is having the role of ITIL but still he is unable to view the reports and report application.

Hello Shivangi,
Can you click on the filter icon on the application navigator as I have highlighted and change to ITIL and check it?

Yes, that module has ITIL role and User also have ITIL role.

Hi Shivangi,
Take a look at the properties of that application menu using the Pencil icon (Istanbul and higher). If you don't see it, navigate to System Definition> Application Menus.
Open the record and check the roles required to Read it.
