Report module is not visible to an itil user. User is having the role of ITIL but still he is unable to view the reports and report application.

Can you click on the filter icon on the application navigator as I have highlighted and change to ITIL and check it?

Go to system definition -> application Menus
Search Report in title
then check whether the active field is true true/false.
if it is false then make the active field is true

if Everything is perfect after you have modified/ not modified, just refresh the left side navigation search bar or once logout and login again.
