1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hi @Arundhati

Have you shared that report with any user or group or any role based? If not share like this, then your report will be visible on Dashboard. Only one sharing option is allowed per report. For example, it is not possible to share with Everyone based on a role and also share with specific users.

Here is another thread which will guide you to do a deep dive/dependency assessment: https://www.servicenow.com/community/cmdb-forum/performance-analytics-incident-management-dashboard-...

Here I followed this thread and opened the Incident Management Dashboard

Initially the Incident Resolved tab had the same issue showing "No Data to Display"

I went back to the incident table and resolved an incident. Then I went to the scheduled job that collects the data for resolved incidents and executed it - now the Dashboard has values

Dear @Arundhati ,

Here are some reason why your data is not visible. (No data to display)

1. Make sure you have required role to see that dashboard / report.

2. make sure the data is available and has no ACL restriction.

3.  Check the below video :

Hi @Arundhati ,

This is properly due to your conditions in the report or if any interactive filter set. Please share your condition as it will be much easier to help you. From the screenshot alone, I can only see that you have a dashboard with some reports embeded into it.... but that's it.
