Requestor should see the assigned to on portal in ticket details

Hello Folks,

Requestors should be able to see in future which person is handling the ticket for scoped app.

Assigned to can be shown on the portal under details of tickets.

It is not a good or best practice. If you show assigned to user name on portal , requestor start approaching to assigned to which is not  a good way.

 

It has impact on agent performance as well. So think mate 🙂
