Resrirct download files from KB articles

Hi Team ,

Need to restrict downloading files from kb articles for external users .

as u can see in the below scrrenshot , if any external users click on that doucment , it is direct downloading . we need to restrict . 

How to configure can any one please provide me the steps to achieve .

OOB read ACL only allows a user to see any attachment if they have 'ITIL' or any other superior role.

If not then there is an additional check to see if it's User's attachment so as to make it visible.

As expert @Community Alums  said, OOB ACL allow to read/see any attachment with ITIL and other role. So user will able to download the attachmement.

I am not sure is there any way to do , other than some specific script or else. But could you please tell me what is business case for the same? It may impact user experience as well if you not allow to download.
