Hi all,
a bit of a strange one from my team here that I don't necessarily agree with.
- Essentially we have a Risk Assessment questionnaire (the known plugin) within our change form that determines the risk level.
- Within that risk assessment there are two categories (Category A, Category B). Both these categories have their own questions.
- We have an already developed risk matrix with Category A as the X Axis and Category B on the Y axis with values/scores/results (correlating to the results of the Category answers) for each column and row that will represent if the risk is Low, Moderate, High, or Very High
e.g.
We want the results/score of Category A to give a certain value, and then also separately the results/score of Category B to give it's own results/score and to then be assessed against our virtual matrix to give an overall result.
Currently I think you can only assess the score overall, or weight questions differently, but not apply this matrix concept?
has anyone encountered similar and have any ideas what i try to do here?

I don't have the ability to delete this post, but this is now resolved by convincing the requester to follow best practice instead.
