RITM and REQ workflow context clone

Hi All,

 

Can anyone please tell me, how can we get the workflow context of the RITM and REQ tickets, cloned from one instance to another??

 

While cloning the Prod env to non-prod, workflow context table and the email table didn't get cloned.

Can someone please suggest?
