Role to edit time worked entries in cases and incidents.

Admins have the ability to delete or edit time entries in a case like this case shows, I need to know what role specifically allows this to give managers the ability to edit these time entries without giving full admin perms.

According to the docs:

The project_manager and the resource_manager roles contain the timecard_approver role in the base system. However, the timecard_approver role can also be used independently without these roles.
