Actually In the current incident form we use, when we pick the “scope” from the IT911, it automatically populates the “Alert List”. That does not happen on the workspace. Can we have the same functionality built here?

Yes - this is possible. The script that is auto-populating may only be running for the Desktop, you can either change it to apply on the workspace/portal too, or create a new Client Script to manage the functionality for the Workspace.

Please share your script as well as make sure "All" is checked in your script for the UI Type field.
