SERVICE OPERATIONS WORKSPACE

we are trying to make service operations workspace as the default landing page for set of specific Roles in servicenow

Only those roles users should have their landing page shown as service operations workspace

I have tried below options but it didn't worked

1. user preference creating home navigation and pointing to /now/sow/home

2 system property creations

3 adding roles to workspace ui

4 trying creating a custom business rule for setting landing page

All these didnt worked for me

Please advice early reponse will be much appreciated

@DK36  - found the configuration where they are setting the roles.

Navigate to the table 'sys_ux_applicability.LIST' and open the record named SOW - Polaris Routing - itil

Add your custom role along with itil and check again.

Hi karan thanks somehow when we implement the same in another instance it fails again

i checked all these parameters all these are put up 

But one strange things i noticed the user_preferences set as $pa_dashboard.do

example when i mapped agent_worklspace_user role in both the setting (sys_ux_applicability.lis) and the group it didn't worked but itil role worked

please suggest if any dashboard settig overridingit .Where i can make dashboard prefernce setting so i removed that may be that is conflicing and showing pa dashbord instead
