Hi All,
After logout from the service now instance it shows the session timeout page but does not redirects to the login page.
What could be the reason..

Hello Shipra,
Can you check this property "glide.authenticate.external.logout_redirect" which is set to be "external_logout_complete.do".

Hello Shipra,
Thanks your for updating, let's see if I can assist you then 🙂 As per my experience so far I noticed people using Service Portal when facing this issue. Using Service Portal is not an issue actually but the selected "Login Page" in your Service Portal is probably not public.
Please enable the public check box on your Service Portal Login page and let us know if that helps?
