service portal session timeout not redirecting to login page

Hi All,

After logout from the service now instance it shows the session timeout page but does not redirects to the login page.

What could be the reason..

Hi Shipra,

I was also facing the same issue. But then I found that the pages( Including Home page) except the landing page should not be Public for your Portal and the Landing Page should be Public for thatPortal. So when ever you will log out from any other page you will redirected to Login Page i.e Landing Page.

Please make it helpful or correct answer if it is correct.
