Hi all,
Since December, there have been numerous issues with sync the PDIs. We have had to rebuild the PDI multiple times, and the syn does NOT update, still stuck on December 22nd. Why does this keep happening? Just seems like ServiceNow should be able to run much more efficiently. Any new features to show the Client is just not going to happen at this point. Well they are about to lose a Client, they are already starting to put RFPs for another product..... Smh. I tried to savage this many times, but when our SN Account rep has been MIA since August 2025, even though we sent her multiple invites to save this account, my hands are tied. She will figure out when the funding is pulled, why swimming in the pool, then house hunting for two months is not more important than servicing the Customer! It's called, if you do not have the bandwidth, delegate.... business has to go on.
Why is the PDI not syncing after multiple rebuilds?

Absolutely not. No where in my message did I imply the PDI was for a demo to a Customer. My complaint is when people cannot read and make baseless assumptions. Reading is fundamental. Obviously if it were a demo, I would use one of the Clients 5 instances. Do not dare falsely accuse me of anything. EVER. I kept the screen capture of your false statement. When you speak, make sure its factual or action will be taken for false public statements incurring liability. Quit being part of the problem and be a Solution-driver.
CLUE---- > before professionals demo on a Customer's instances, they learn, they practice, they test on their PDIs! Try reading what the purpose of PDIs is for @GlideFather

They never said anything of the nature in their post. They were stating that they couldn't get the sync to update on things like Application Manager.
In addition it is not uncommon for PDI's to be used to validate new features and functionality before presenting your findings to stakeholders.

I am experiencing the same issues. I released and rebuilt my PDI on latest Zurich and can't synchronize application manager beyond my rebuild date. It keeps flagging already updated applications as needing updates.
Not sure what changed but definitely a fundamental issue on the PDI regardless if it is "supported or not".
