Setting up predefined values of catalog variable in Rule Base from Order Guide.

1. I have one order guide,
2. In which I have included a catalog item through rule base.
Click on the New button (as shown in above image) to set up the Rule Base condition, to include the catalog item in "Include this item" field as shown in below image, and save the rule base.
3. Now we can find "Item Variable Assignments" on the same page where we saved the rule base condition.
6. To access this, click the "New" button, which will open a new page where we can see all the variables for the catalog item that we included in the rule base.
7. We must choose a value from the drop-down "Assignment Type" field as "Value", and in "Value" field where we must enter a preset value. For all other necessary variables, we can also set predefined values. please refer below images.
8. All that's left to do is order or submit the catalog item.
9. Predefined values of "Urgency" and "Please describe your issue" variables are auto populated, please refer the above screen shot.
Note: In order to prevent updates, all of the values we are predefining must be kept in read-only mode while ordering/submitting.
