Should we need to enable the OOB BR check box while loading the data during transform map

Hi Abhilasha,

That all depends on what you are importing. Let's say you are importing mobile phones into the CMDB. There are BR's that automatically will create assets for certain created CI's. If you uncheck the box, those won't run and you don't have your assets.

But if you are importing users and you have some ruling stating that new users should be granted roles and you don't want that running on your import, you have to uncheck it. It really depends on what you set out to do. 

Also: if you have logic preventing updating/creating certain records, you may want to uncheck it, because otherwise your records aren't inserted. Again: it all depends on what your goal is.
