Hi,
we have created a variable, and set to global. ex: lets take variable name as "asset_name". and it should only visible at task level not form level
UI Policy: to hide from the form level/catalog level
once the request is been submitted, it will create 4 catalog tasks, one closure of first another task gets generated in that way
Now, only in the 2nd SC Task we want to have that variable "asset_name", in other tasks it should not be visible. for that, in the workflow for the 2nd catalog task activity i have added the variable name. but, still the variable is showing in all the 4 sc tasks.
We want to show the variable "asset_name" only in one sc task and it should be hidden in remaining 3 sc tasks. How to achieve this functionality?
