Hi Community,
I have the requirement to bring the discuss button and sidebar discussion into classic UI and apply it to any form (For example: Incident) without using the sidebar discussion in Workspace. Is there any solution to help me with this? Thanks a lot!

It's not available for classic UI.
It's available only for Workspaces

It’s not possible, but instead, ask the user to set this preference to "ON" so that the navigation bar appears whenever any form is opened.
