Smiley survey Email Notification

Hi,

We are building a new survey with smiley using survey designer😃😟.But I don't know if we can send this survey to users in email . The user should only click the smiley and survey should be taken. Can anyone help me on this?

For clarity, are you looking to have:

1) A survey with a single question of type smiley face template.

2) The smiley faces in the body of the email, and when clicking on one of those smileys, populate the survey and submit automatically

OR

1) A survey with numerous questions

2) Have smileys in the body of the email and when clicking, redirect to a survey with one of the survey questions being prepopulated, looking for the rest to be populated before the user submits?

Hi,

I am just looking forward to an email that has 5 smileys. User when clicks on any of these smileys ,the survey is submitted.No other questions are there in the email. Just the smileys.

There's a few ways you could approach this:

1) Have the smiley be hyperlinked to a mail-to template, paired with an inbound action to ingest the reply email, update the survey question and survey.

2) Have the smiley be hyperlinked to a processor page that takes URL parameters as an input and updates the survey question and survey. I would also suggest setting a redirect from this processor page back to the system.

You'll need image attachments of the smiley faces to hyperlink in the email.

There is no way a notification can be sent from the  survey itself? I am using surveys for the first time.
