I need to "flag" some special catalog items, in order to exclude tickets posted with them from our standard reports. Such special item could be used for example to track the activity of a team. Its performance does not need to be measured. Which field/attribute of a catalog item should I use to "mark" them as special ? Thanks

Hi @merlaudp
You can use the tags on that catalog item and while creating a report you can that tag as a filter.
