Dear Experts,
Is it possible to exempt particular email notifications from the option that allows users to turn off notifications altogether?
The rationale behind that any request created from a catalog may be to ensure that individuals can receive important updates or responses related to ethical questions without having to worry about missing them due to deactivated notifications. The Business owner believes that these notifications are critical for maintaining awareness and compliance with ethical standards and wants to explore the possibility of making them mandatory, regardless of individual notification preferences.

Hi @Michael Galang ,
This indicates that your instance is configured to send email notifications with CC recipients, potentially through mail scripts designed to include CC addresses in notifications.
And also check for the delegations
Mark it as helpful and solution proposed if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi Anand Kumar,
Thank you for your response. But for clarification, we want to configure that any updates from the support group on the activity stream of customed ticket(s) particularly on the additional comments should still send email notification to the user even when the user's notification preference is deactivated. Is this possible?
