sys_trigger is past "Next run" but doesn't execute

Hi,

I've a peculiar sys_trigger record that should have run already but has stayed in "Ready" state for a long time even after page refresh.

As you can see, the "Next run" time was yesterday and it still hasn't run. Also notice that red colored label "Ready". Why is it in red?

What could cause this delay? Is there something queue on my instance that is delaying things?

Any idea what the red coloured text would indicate in this case? Is that some sort of sign that something is wrong with the scheduled item?

Not sure if you found what you were looking for.
The red color is just because of field style which checks if the current time has passed the actual next action time
