Testing file attachment field type using ATF

Hello,

is it possible to test adding the attachment to a file attachment field type using ATF.

I need to add an attachment to a field and verify it gets stored on the record.

Hi,

Did you try to use Set Field value step and check if it is supported?

If it not then you cannot test it using ATF.

Thank you, yes, I did try using Set Field value step.  It has allowed me to get passed it, by typing in some text.  However, it did not save it to the database.

Hi,

If the OOB step doesn't allow you to select any file to be added to that Attachment field then possibly it's not supported.
