There was an issue for list view form have field not appear into list view of Problem task .

Hi ,

Can any help why the fields not appear on the list view .

I tried "personalize list columns" - Available - but that field label not appeared .

So can any one help on it .

What is the field you need to see?

I want to see below fields .

As you can see on my form  fields which appeared .

 

like Problem.Client Name 

Problem .Number 

Problem.Outage Start time

problem .Outage End time

 

That field will appear on list view of PTASk.

Okay, in the list you can select list columns in 2 different ways.  It looks like you have clicked the 'gear' icon to personalize your list layout.  When personalizing that way you don't have the ability to dot-walk to related records/fields.  You'll need to click the 'gear' icon on that related list and click the 'Reset to column defaults to remove your personalized layout.

Once that is done, right-click the related list header and select 'Configure -> List layout' to configure the list for all users and have access to dot-walk fields.
