Trying to find a script that is adding "added attachment" to the Additional Comments

Hi all,

 

Trying to narrow down what is adding the comments "added attachment" when a RITM is submitted. I've looked through the Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and can't seem to find it at all. This seems to be something that is running globally rather than unique to a specific cat item. Anytime I submit a cat item with an attachment added, then the "added attachment" comment will be added to activity log (as the user who submitted the request).

 

I'm hoping its more of an OOB script/rule and maybe someone has seen it before?

I was able to locate it on my end as well! I'll just have to clone the widget and make some modifications to confirm if it is indeed that particular line.
