Twilio integration for On-Call Scheduling

Hello,

We are trying to do the Twilio ServiceNow integration and use On-Call Scheduling for Cases. We are able to integrate successfully and trigger the call. The issue we are facing is when User Responds with '1' (Accepts The case), the Case does not get assigned to the user if the Case was created from Portal. If the Case was created from backend/Native view, the Case gets Assigned.

Do anyone have experience fixing this issue or any suggestions?

I have a similar requirement of integrating Twilio with On-call scheduling for MIM & P1 Incident. Could you please let me know have you done this setup using Twilio Spoke ?

Hi Akanksha,

 

We did install Twilio plugins, but did not really had to do anything with Spokes.
