Two activity sections on new Journal Field?

Any idea why I would be getting two different types of Activity sections on a new Journal field I created

Cant seem to get rid of the bottom one.  Let me know if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of this.

When you click on the funnel to the right of your activities, do you have something doubled there?

Is it actually creating the work note twice? You might want to see if you have any business rules running that would copy the work note or something strange like that.

It’s only posting one journal entry, just displaying it twice in what looks like two different formatters.  I checked Form Design and Form Layout, there is only one formatter on the form, Activities (filtered).

Is this the default view or a custom view? I'm wondering if you should remove the view and re-create it if it's a custom one. Also, if there are multiple views, does the duplicated Activities formatter show on all the views or just this one?

Check if there's any BR (with current.update) on journal field table (or the Table on which two journals are present)
