Two activity sections on new Journal Field?

Any idea why I would be getting two different types of Activity sections on a new Journal field I created

Cant seem to get rid of the bottom one.  Let me know if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of this.

I didn’t find any BR on the new table that I have for this.  It’s a new CI Class table.  I only have one Journal field on the form and one formatter.  Activities (filtered).  Only one journal entry is getting added, but for some reason it looks like there is two formatters.  I

Hi Michael,

What do you see when you go to form layout for this section?

Right click on the header -> Configure -> form Layout.

It’s only showing on formatter, Activities (filter).
