Two activity sections on new Journal Field?

Any idea why I would be getting two different types of Activity sections on a new Journal field I created

Cant seem to get rid of the bottom one.  Let me know if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of this.

Hi @Michael Miller 

Please change the type of worknotes field to  'Journal input'
