UI action for quick creation of service requests

Hi,

I have a demand for creating a ui action where itil users can quickly create a service request record based on predefined templates.

Any suggestions on how to do that ?

what do you mean by service request ? do you mean to say play a catalog request from UI action ? or just create a sc_request record ?

yes we have appx 20 catalog items that would be very helpful to be able to select from a ui action and then activate the flow for the selected item so related catalog task is created from this flow
