This is the value set on the secondary values for Header Config -   @Data.gform.nowRecordCommonHeader.secondaryItems.

Could anyone help me find where I can update the values ?

Hi,

You can find the header configuration via Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Form Header.

Find the record created for your table and you can add or remove values in secondary values related list.

When task record is active, I can see 3 fields Task number, state & priority (by default).

but When task is Closed / Cancelled, then I can see only State field. Task number & Priority are missing. I checked the @Data.record.form I can see only State field values.

Do you have any information on how to adjust this thing. If so, please let me know.

Thanks, Jagjeet, this worked perfectly for me!

- UI Builder can be used to customize the header of a form

- To update the secondary fields displayed on the header, you must go to the form header and add the field to the header

- You can also use UI Builder to customize the field order and the visibility of fields

- To set the field order, drag and drop the fields in the order you want them to appear - To set the visibility of fields, click the eye icon next to the field name to toggle visibility on or off
