Hello Team,

 

I have created a post in the ServiceNow community, but I am getting an error as shown below.

Just to let you know, my email ID was already verified, and I have attached the screenshot below as well.

I have tried checking from a different browser as well, but no luck. Kindly suggest

Your account appeared to be missing a role that resulted in all of your posts going into moderation. After manually granting you that role, you're now able to post freely. We'll look into why you never received that role. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you so much, David. It wasn't working until yesterday, despite I refreshed the browser multiple times, along with trying from different browsers. May I ask whether my account was missing any roles? I am curious to know what got changed, and I would appreciate it if you could offer some insights.

Although it isn't the same thing, since we have @David 's attention, my posts and comments go for moderation and take several hours to get approved. Is that the case for everyone? Or maybe i have some access issue. By the time my comment is approved and appears, several other comments appear.
