Hi,
I have added a few languages to an existing NLU model. All have required intents and utterances.
All are trained published and mapped to VA. I have also enabled all languages in sys_cs_nlu_language where NLU driver is Servicenow NLU.
Problem-
When an English user puts an utterance (English or non English) in the chat, the VA is able to discover the topic. But when a non-English user puts any utterance, the VA simply closes the chat saying that it can't continue this conversation for technical reasons.

Thanks

OK first thing to check is that the NLU model is trained and then published in the instance you are doing this on.
Then check that the languages are enabled under All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings. See:
Then test your model outside of Virtual Agent. Does that work OK?
If you are still stuck read through this: https://www.servicenow.com/community/virtual-agent-nlu-blogs/best-practices-and-how-tos-for-localizi...
