Hi @Yuval Lanton,
Can you please elaborate on the requirement? Not sure what you are trying to do here.
Thanks!

Hi @Yuval Lanton,
To clarify, you want to add more variables to the variable set or more variables to the same section on the form (but outside the variable set)?
To add a variable to an item regardless of whether its part of the variable set or just the item itself, first navigate to the item you'd like to update. Simply type 'maintain items' in the navigation menu and click on the item.
Once you've opened the item, this is the configuration page. Navigate to the bottom of the page where you'll see a tab called 'Variables' and 'Variable Sets'.
This is essentially where you add the variables. The 'Order' column is critical for your question as to where it will appear.
If you want to add a variable to the Variable Set (which is a simply a collection of variables) click on the respective tab and click on 'New'.
If you want to add a variable either above for example or below the variable set, click on the 'New' button on the 'Variable' tab and set the order accordingly.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Helpful.
Thanks, Robbie

Hi @Yuval Lanton
Not able to understand the exact requirement but if you want to add more variable like email in variable set directly add in variable set if you want to hide the newly added variables apart from RITM use UI policies.
Please mark this response as correct or helpful if it assisted you with your question.

Seems you are using single row Variable set not MRVS. You can add more variable
Go to Variable Set --> Search for this variable set -
You will get new button to add more variable.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
