Walk-up create incident ui action help

Hi all

We are configuring our walk-up experience, and need some help with the 'create incident' ui action which is on interaction records. Currently, when the the incident opens, it has an assignment group set automatically, but I don't know where this is coming from.

 

When the user clicks the ui aciton, a form modal opens for the user to confirm they want to reate the incident from the interaction, sn_walkup_incident_confirmation. I found the incident_confirmation ui page, but this doesn't seem to be setting the assignment group. Any ideas where this is coming from?

Do you have assignment rules or AWA set up? It may be coming from there.

Turns out there was an assignment rule impacting it - i thought these only ran after the record was inserted but clearly not, thanks!
