Hi Developers,

Please help on below.

Want to Triger email Notification to the user when incident is pending for customer action more than 7 days.

 

Steps i have performed -

1- Created the Notification by using email templet.

2- Created the event in registry with name of (GBP.7days)

Now I want to write a business rule to trigger notification on 7th working day.

Kindly Help.

That's great help but i have one query below please check and help.

 

What about event Name-

So you need to first create a Event record by going to the Registry module on Incident Table as shown below:

Now in your Notification , you need to select the same Event Name which you have created in screenshot shown above in Red i.e. "send.reminder".

Also make sure to update this event Name in your Scheduled Job script as well in EventQueue statement as well.
