Hello - i am trying to figure out what the max character limit is on 'work notes' on the incident form. When i try to right click to see the dictionary on 'work notes' it won't let me when i can do so on other fields on the Incident form. Anyone know how can i figure this out? thanks.

You can always go to the incident talbe and look up the value through there

Hi there,
This is not correct. 4,000 is not the limit. Yes, you would think so looking at this visually. Though actually, everything equal or above 256 is unlimited. Or in technical details not unlimited, untill you reach database limitations or something. Though you could easily have characters far above 4,000.

in this case the limit is 4000 characters?, do you guys know if there is actually a character limit or how does a Journal Input works,
