What is the reason, subscription users are not being listed in cc on the communicate compose email ?

Hi All,

 

There is defect for Notification /Subscription.

Issue is, When working on Notification/Subscription features in stage, identified the subscription users are not being listed in cc on the communicate compose email ?

What do I check like why subscription users is not listed in cc ? Please help me.
