Hi @PRADEEPREDDY GU ,

 

Please check the approver user in user table. If name is empty in user record then it will show as empty.

If you are triggering the approval from flow then it is important to have the user to be active 
can you show me th SS of the approval triggering step


also if everything is perfect then there may be issue with ACL too
