When incident is assigned email is not getting send ignored for newly created assignment group

Hi, I have received one incident. The issue is user has created a new assignment group and added group email and has group members added in the assignment group. Whenever an incident is assigned to that group, groups members are not getting email notification and once it is assigned to particular group member then they are getting notification email. ( To clarify all group member are getting email notifications when assigned to them but no email when assigned to group). I have checked in email logs and see email as send-ignored.

This is because of the group email field being populated. Add the 'Include members' field to your form and make sure it is ticked for the group. It should resolve your issue.

But for other assignment groups also group email is added and include members field is not there in the form and for them email notifications are getting.

Try removing the group email address as it overrides the individual email addresses of members.
