Why am I getting a “Bad Request” error while using IntegrationHub to integrate Jira in my PDI?

Looks like connection is not properly set- can you navigate to Check IntegrationHub > Connection & Credential Aliases > Jira

and Verify Connection and Credential are linked

also try to upgrade you plugin to latest version , it might help resolve it

The issue was resolved after updating the connection and credential details, and it is now working as expected.
