Why are there no results in the search field of Employ Center?

Hello, everyone.
There is a strange thing, I have admin rights and when I use an item in the request item to retrieve it I can get the results I want, but strangely I can't retrieve the results using another user who doesn't have admin rights.
Does anyone know why?

Hi @yuchen zhang ,

What roles does the other user has apart from "Admin"? Also check if the user you are trying with has basic role to access Portal/Employee center or not.  Does the user has access to see the records of that table.

Users who are not admin users just can't retrieve the results with 18272, if search directly with the request item's number, they can search the results.
