As a ServiceNow expert, I can tell you that the issue with price conversion of US dollar or any other currency in ServiceNow could be due to several reasons. However, without specific details about the issue, it's hard to provide a precise solution. Here are some general troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if the currency exchange rates are updated: ServiceNow uses daily exchange rates from the European Central Bank. If the rates are not updated, the conversion might not work correctly.

2. Verify the base currency: The base currency of your instance should be set correctly. If the base currency is not set to US dollar and you are trying to convert prices to US dollar, it might not work as expected.

3. Check the currency field: The field that you are trying to convert should be a currency field. If it's not, the conversion will not work.

4. Verify the user's session currency: The session currency of the user should be set correctly. If it's set to a different currency, the conversion might not work as expected.

5. Check for any custom scripts: If there are any custom scripts related to currency conversion, they might be causing the issue. Check the scripts and correct any errors.

6. Look for any system errors: Check the system logs for any errors related to currency conversion. If there are any, they might give you a clue about the issue.

Remember, these are general troubleshooting steps. The exact solution might vary depending on the specific issue.
