Hi All,
Could you please provide detailed steps for Digital Product Release (DPR) configuration?
Additionally, I would like to know:
- What activities or prerequisites need to be completed before installation?
- How can we estimate the timeline for DPR configuration? The client is asking for a timeline, and they have shared a flow of how they track their releases, but I am new to release management and need clarity.
I have basic knowledge from a few videos, but I would appreciate your ideas and best practices for implementing DPR.
Thank you for your support!

Hi @santhosh N ,
Please refer to the Adoption Playbook for a quick start and to review the prerequisites before setting up the DPR. The following post includes an attached PDF—go through it for detailed guidance and official resources:

Hi @santhosh N
Here is my basis video on DPR
You can get the DPR process deck from Now Create and use that to estimate the timelines. DPR is extensive and requires adequate time, which means it’s not only the tool but also the processes that need to be corrected, implemented, and possibly updated.

why it ask for product or service model to be in place. why we can link directly the release to Service /Service offering instead like in previous release management
