Is there any implementation plan guide for Digital Portfolio Management?

Hi all,

We’re currently in the early stages of implementing DPM and have been conducting several working sessions. Based on the feedback from the team, it’s clear that this will be a long-term effort—potentially spanning 3 to 4 years.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience with DPM implementation and might be willing to share a solid plan or roadmap that we could reference as we build our own.

Any insights or resources would be greatly appreciated!
