Enterprise Asset RMA Order asset not showing in list

Hello. I am facing an issue where I need to Add an asset in the RMA Order list to test the repair/replacement process. The asset list for selection remains empty, although there are Enterprise assets in the Enterprise Asset Workspace.

Is there a specific flow that needs to be modified or checked?
